Programme highlights

Enrich the experience of visitors to New Zealand with customer service skills and an in-depth knowledge of the major national tourism destinations. You’ll also get real-world training on field trips and industry visits.

You’ll build a great foundation of teamwork, communication and business skills to welcome, inspire and educate visitors to New Zealand. Learn to deliver high-quality experiences in a variety of tourism organisations, including attractions and operations, hotels and accommodation, and travel and transport.

Develop your understanding of Māri perspectives of the industry and the role of tangata whenua in national and international tourism.
