The Postgraduate Diploma in Engineering is for students wishing to upgrade their Engineering knowledge in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronic Engineering. It provides a pathway for Bachelor of Engineering Technology graduates to progress to Master of Engineering or Master of Engineering Studies qualifications.

Structure
The Postgraduate Diploma consists of an industrial project and five papers. Students can specialise in the fields of Mechanical, Manufacturing and Electrical or Electronic Engineering.

Entry criteria
Applicants must have completed: Bachelor of Engineering Technology or equivalent; or a relevant professional qualification or relevant professional experience approved by the dean (or representative) to be equivalent to a bachelor’s degree.
English Language requirements:
Minimum IELTS (Academic) score of 6.5 overall with all bands 6.0 or higher; TOEFL iBT score of 90; Certificate in English for Academic Study (CertEAS) with A grade; GIE with B+ grade; CAE minimum overall score of 176; PTE minimum overall score of 58.
