Summary

This certificate allows you to complete postgraduate taught courses in a diverse range of subjects that are related to health sciences.

It offers a broad range of subjects that will cater for all interests, allowing a generic personalised programme of study.

The Postgraduate Certificate in Health Science (PGCertHSc) specialising in Mental Health Nursing, is aimed at practitioners entering mental health nursing, and those experienced in mental health nursing practice. There are courses for practitioners in their first year of practice, and for those preparing for advanced practice, and nurse practitioner roles.

This specialisation is offered by the School of Nursing. Courses in this specialisation are offered in a Flexible learning format.

Entry criteria

You must have completed an undergraduate degree at a recognised university (or similar institution) in a health-related discipline such as health sciences, medicine, nursing, optometry, pharmacy, psychology, or social work.

IELTS 6.5; TOEFL (iBT) 90; TOEFL (paper-based) 575; CAE or CPE 176; PTE 58; MELAB 85.
