Summary

Lincoln University's Postgraduate Certificate in Applied Science will take your learning to the next level in solving problems using science. Human progress has relied heavily on the conversion of science into technology – in agriculture, food, industry, medicine, communications, transport, and now, increasingly and essentially, in the management and conservation of our biosphere and its resources.

The Postgraduate Certificate in Applied Science offers a highly flexible programme in which students can select courses from our Master's programmes in Agricultural Science, Science, Applied Science and Horticultural Science.

Summary of Regulations

Pass 60 credits in total from the schedule to the regulations of the relevant master’s degree.

Entry criteria

Applicants must have a relevant degree with at least a B- grade average in the 300 level and final year (full-time equivalent) courses.

They should also have obtained an overall CAE and FCE score of 176, with no individual component less than 169; PTE of 58 overall score - with no communicative skill less than 50; Lincoln University English Language of GCAE or LU EL 70%; NZCEL of Level 5 (Academic or Professional Endorsement).
